๐ฎ๐น Visit the hillside estate in the town of Gardone Riviera, the Il Vittoriale degli Italiani was the residence of the Italian writer, Gabriele DโAnnunzio from 1922 until his death in 1938. The estate consists of the Priory, an amphitheater, mausoleum, boathouse, a battleship and plenty of landscaped gardens.
๐ฎ๐น Grotte di Catullo is a great day out, located on the southern shore of Lake Garda in Sirmione these ruins of a roman villa are a spectacular sight.
๐ฎ๐น In Malcesine take the Cable car (weather permitting) to the top of Monte Baldo which will give you the most amazing views of the area.
๐ฎ๐น Go on a boat trip. You cannot truly appreciate how spectacular Garda Lake – Lago di Garda – Gardasee is if you donโt see it from the water. The dramatic fjord-like Northern end of the lake is surrounded by towering mountains and the views are just spectacular!
